  • Will arrive 2 hours prior to the ceremony time to meet and greet guests and execute the ceremony processional all the way through the bouquet toss
  • Will manage your timeline to ensure everything goes perfectly
  • Overcome any last-minute challenges that may arise

Coordinator

  • Execute timeline throughout the ceremony and reception (up to dancing)
The Ceremony

Bridal Suite

  • Enjoy our beautiful bridal suite with your bridal party to get ready

The Reception

  • 4-hour celebration in the Atrium Room with spectacular ocean views
  • Hall security
  • Set-up and removal of black banquet chairs and standard tables
  • White table linens for all tables with white napkins
  • White China, clear glassware, and silver flatware

Cocktail Hour

  • Hors d’oeuvres from menu selection (silver menu)
  • Choice of bar options
  • Bartender (1 for every 50 persons)

Served Buffet Style (brunch, lunch, or dinner)

  • Catering Staff
  • Will dismiss one table at a time for the served buffet
  • Clear and clean dishes following the ceremony.

Personal Touches

  • Bring pictures for memorial table or to place in our welcome chest
  • Champagne flutes, cake topper, guests’ book or sign in item, wedding favors etc.
